Out of personal preference, I hate it, but that is beside the point. I guess the first thing that I noticed is the hair. I am going to recant my previous criticism. It requires a bit more work and model swapping, but go to the tutorial link in the comments, and it will give you an idea of what to do. If you are interested, it should possible to make it replace the other costumes. I may do something with the mafia, or the police uniform in the future, but for now this skin replaces all of the default main game costume variants.
The point of unlocking the mafia costume is to play with the mafia costume, not the main game costume. I did not change the police officer uniforms or the mafia uniform, because than it would be a repetition of textures. Believe it or not, but each time Leon changes, in the main game, he has different models and textures in different folders.
